Founded in 1996 as a nonprofit corporation, the Peekskill Business Improvement District (BID) encompasses the downtown Central Commercial District—a 25-block area home to national corporations, law firms, medical practices, nonprofits, art galleries, live/work studios, bustling restaurants and cafés, fitness studios, high-tech design and software firms, and other specialty retailers.
In collaboration with Peekskill BID’s leadership and local branding agency 3&Co, LIMIT8 led a comprehensive rebranding effort. This included logo design, interactive maps, website design, an events management system, social media integration, and the creation of a local business directory. LIMIT8 provided content strategy, website design, and web hosting services to support the initiative.
These combined efforts led to a significant increase in local business participation and a noticeable enhancement of the district’s overall vibrancy.
