Website design grants by LIMIT8 Design

We offer in-kind grants valued at up to $10,000 to US nonprofits for website design and marketing services. To qualify for an in-kind grant, your organization needs to have an office(s) in the United States, provide a proof of its charitable status, and its most recent 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF. Upon initial discovery and evaluation, considering we are a good fit for the project, we will provide you with a detailed project cost estimate and the amount of our in-kind contribution.

    No, there are no specific deadlines. Applications for Web Design and Marketing Grants are currently being accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis. With that said, your organization will have a better chance of being selected for a grant if you submit your application during our slow-season, between late spring and early fall.

    In most cases, the answer would be, no. We offer in-kind grants to US nonprofits that have an office(s) in the United States, and are able to provide a proof of its charitable status, and its most recent 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF.

    A complete application will include:

    2. Proof of charitable status (Tax Exempt Organization determination letter);
    3. Organization's statement confirming the budget allocated for the project;
    4. Any supporting documents such as RFPs, SOW, and etc.

    Upon submission of the application form, you will receive a confirmation email along with a list of questions about your project. Your answers will help us learn more about specific project goals and will inform our decision.

    Because of the large volume of applications that we receive, we are unable to provide personalized feedback on every inquiry. If your proposed project is not seen as a strong match to our team's priorities, or if there is no budget allocated for the project, or the project is significantly underfunded, you will not receive any specific feedback on your inquiry.

    The overall grant amount is calculated as a total of pro bono hours our team is willing to contribute towards the project multiplied by our hourly rate of $150.00. The maximum amount awarded for any select project is $10,000.
