Since 1984, Townspeople, a San Diego community-based nonprofit organization, has been a trusted ally and lifeline for those facing homelessness and living with HIV/AIDS or other medical vulnerabilities. Townspeople’s vision is to end homelessness and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.

LIMIT8 collaborated with the Townspeople’s executive team to transform the old and clunky website into accessible, user friendly digital portal that helps San Diegans in need to find resources and apply for emergency housing. We started off by conducted extensive brand and content inventory and audit, and created a content strategy to drive the overhaul of the organization’s website.
